This is the place for funny travel stories! I’m talking short stories, humorous moments, reviews of the wackier side of traveling, etc. There might even be some very random chicanery in there as well!
While the stories and reviews should hopefully provide information about specific countries, cities, places to stay and more, the focus here is on entertainment. When you travel far away, you’re by definition out of your comfort zone, and when you get to foreign soil, things can get weird… real quick! I feel like apporaching traveling with this mind is a great start! Don’t take everything too seriously, go with the flow, don’t judge, and take the tomfoolery on the chin when it comes! After all, you might just get some sweet memories out of it!
So far these posts are silly reflections about things encountered while traveling but as time goes on, I want to work on my short story game by including more and more short stories of different travel events. Cuz on the low, weird shit be happening too much for me! TOO MUCH!
At least I get funny travel stories from them, and you can read them and take them with a grain of salt! I don’t want to diss any cultures, anybody’s situations and so on. Many countries are in situations where people may be desperate and the goal is not to make fun of the resulting questionable interactions that follow but instead celebrate the fun of the moment! Just the laughs and the love!
